2.Machine testing
-After the production is completed, a series of tests including piling operations will be carried out on the machines. The testing process can be reported via online videos. If customers can come to the factory, we will warmly receive them and conduct on-site tests for them.
3.Training services
-Provide customers with comprehensive operation and maintenance training. Ensure that customers can use and maintain the pile drivers correctly and extend the service life of the equipment.
4.Professional Technical Support
-Technical support and online guidance will be provided at any time.
5.Warranty Service
-We provide a one-year warranty for the whole machine, a three-month warranty for electrical components, and no warranty for consumables.Free spare parts will be provided for the damaged parts during the warranty period.
6.24h online service
-Contact us directly if you have any problems. We will do our most to solve them.
7.Regular return visit
-Communicate with customers on a regular basis to understand the use of the piling machine.
